Life is crazy, ya know?! Between school, work, and a husband, its been hard to fit blogging into my priorities. Im working on it though, i promise. This semester has been a busy one, but a great one at that. Its my first semester in the public relations program and loving every second of it. It is hands down the best major in the world and can I say just how nice it is to be in something that is practical and that qualifies me to do so many different jobs. Its a relief to know that I will always have a good job that is in demand. Its so nice to think that I will never work retail again! YAY!
Im in the middle of applying to an internship in New York City this summer! Im so nervous! Its for 3 months and I would be WITH OUT my husband. He has to be in school this whole summer in order for him to graduate in time for his graduate program. Ive never been to NYC before and it scares me living there by myself, taking public transportation and taxis and living in an apartment downtown. It is still so exciting though! It would be such great experience for my carrer in the future.
So it snowed today, how depressing. The first snowflake made me want summer to come already. This is not a good sign. Neither me or my hubby enjoys cold weather. Im looking towards the day when we will be living in California and watching everyone else go through the crappy weather while Im in the sun :)
Speaking of California- Only a few more weeks until thanksgiving! Which means family, good food, DISNEYLAND!, beach, nephew, and lots of relaxation! It makes me smile just thinking about it. And then Seattle/Portland for Christmas! My in-laws are seriously the best!
So, David and I want to go on a cruise as a graduation gift? Any suggestions?
